Enrolment Terms & Conditions
Little Harvard opens for fifty-one weeks of the year, closing only during the Christmas period and Bank Holidays. Childcare fees are payable for fifty-two weeks of the year and are payable monthly in advance. The weekly amount is given for information purposes only.
A deposit of one month’s fee is payable upon enrolment for each family. This deposit secures your child’s place in the creche and will be refunded 30 days after the booking has ended subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
All fees are payable by means of direct debit. A valid direct debit mandate must be completed at the same time as the enrolment form.
Your child’s monthly fee is debited from your account on the first working day of each month or the closest day possible thereafter. It is each parent’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are in place to cover your direct debit.
Should a direct debit be returned unpaid Little Harvard will charge a €25 admin fee to cover bank charges and administration costs. There will also be a €25 admin fee for reinstating direct debits and setting up a new direct debit mandate, i.e. €50 in total. All overdue accounts are automatically and routinely referred to a credit management company for collection. If this referral becomes necessary, a collection fee of 20% will be applied to the outstanding balance.
Four weeks paid notice must be given if you wish to cancel your child’s booking. All bookings are ended on the Friday of the 4th week to accommodate funding allocations. In the case of a cancellation, a cancellation form must be filled out. The cancellation form is available on our website. Although you can communicate your wishes to the managers and staff, any such communication will not be deemed notice unless we have received the cancellation form.

Booking changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that failure to adhere to the terms and conditions could result in the immediate termination of your child’s spot in the creche and you being charged for the 4 weeks’ notice period.
