Staff Spotlight With Noelle Black

My name is Noelle. I’m from Trim and working in Maynooth almost two years. From a young age I always enjoyed being around young children. I was babysitting from a young age and just really enjoyed it.

A typical day at Little Harvard is very busy. We set up the rooms with loads of different activities for the children and let the children come in and choose the area they’re going to play in. We just go with the flow from there and see what interests them and expand on that.

It’s a lovely environment to work in and all the staff get on great. There’s no drama’s or anything, management is so easy going and accommodating and flexible.

Working with Little Harvard you’re representing a good company that really care for their staff and their children so I’ve great pride to work for Little Harvard.

I worked in other companies, they weren’t the nicest of companies to work for where with Little Harvard they are so considerate of their staff and accommodating if you have family events or anything
